MITCHELL WELCH
Lead Pastor
In 2019, Mitchell and his wife Beth moved to Northwest Arkansas to plant Antioch Community Church. They have a passion to see people surrender everything to Jesus and experience His love, goodness, and presence in their everyday lives! Mitchell and Beth got married in July of 2011 and they have 4 wonderful children: Josiah (12), Micah (9), Arabella (6), and Ava (4). They love eating dinner as a family and sharing their favorite part of the day, playing sports in the backyard, and watching Dude Perfect videos together :)
LARRY JONES
Executive Pastor
Along with managing church projects and initiatives, Larry oversees the production of Sunday mornings, volunteer systems, HR, and church finances. He is passionate about seeing every unreached people group on earth have the opportunity to hear and respond to the Good News of the Gospel! He loves to spend his free time playing disc golf and going on adventures with his family. He and his wife Madeline have been married for 8 years and they have 4 amazing kids: Truett (5), Everly (4), Juliet (2), and Callahan (7 months).
LINDSEY GOAR
Communications & Events Director
Lindsey oversees our church's overall communications strategy, manages digital media, and coordinates church events. She is passionate about diving deep into the Word of God and seeing all people experience deep friendship with Jesus! She loves the Bible Project Podcast, rock climbing, her dog Daisy, and hanging out with friends at coffee shops.
MARA SCHULTZ
Kids Director & ADS Administrator
Mara is the director and overseer of our kids ministry and facilitates the logistics of the discipleship school. She and her husband Joe have a passion for living on both micro and macro levels- serving the local church, and traveling all around the world to see people’s lives transformed by the gospel! She loves reading, cooking for friends and neighbors, and being outside in nature.
JOEY CASILLAS
Antioch Discipleship School Director
Joey oversees operations and maintains the overall vision and direction of our discipleship school. He has a passion to encourage others in their relationship with Jesus and empower them to walk in their new identity in Christ. When he’s not playing disc golf or baseball, he enjoys being home with his wife, Joy, watching movies or reading.
