The vision of Antioch Discipleship School is to experience radical transformation and find clarity for a lifetime of following Jesus. We believe that the local church is the hope of the world. ADS exists to build up the Body of Christ and spread the Gospel as part of the local church. In order to accomplish this, we have organized the school into five main areas (called “Core Competencies”) that collectively cover all various aspects of teaching and training you will receive. We believe that developing these core competencies will help you to have a more comprehensive and holistic relationship with Jesus. While we won’t necessarily move linearly through these competencies, the plan is to hit everything over the course of the year. All aspects of the discipleship school will center around one or more of the five competencies below:

Class every Monday at 6:30 pm at the church and 3 weekend retreats.

WEEKLY SPIRITUAL DISCIPLINES:

• Attend church on Sunday

• Attend a Lifegroup

• Attend a discipleship group

• Serve on a volunteer team

• Spend 1 hour with God everyday

• Bible Reading

• Book Reading

• Memorizing Scripture

• Fasting 1 day a week

ADS TUITION: $1,200

What is ADS? The purpose of the Antioch Discipleship School is to give you the opportunity to be transformed through encountering God, being discipled and making disciples, and learning to fully live on mission in our city, nation and the nations of the earth. Throughout the school, you will grow in depth with God, practice spiritual disciplines that will lead to lifelong fruitfulness and walk with others who will help you discover your unique purpose in the Kingdom. Class consists of worship, prayer and teaching in a hands-on learning environment that allows you to not only be a hearer of the Word, but a doer.

Is there a tuition? How much is it? Yes, it’s $1,200. The full amount will be due at the first class session.

Do I have to have a job while in ADS? Yes, you are required to have at least a part time job (approximately 20 hours).

Can I be a student and do ADS? Graduate Student - yes; Undergraduate Student - we prefer for you to be done with college before starting ADS, however we are open to considering it if you are in your last semester of college or are only taking a limited number of hours.

Is there a mission trip during the year? Yes, there will be a 7-14 day trip in early June.

Does the cost of tuition include our mission trip cost? No, the funds for the mission trip will be support raised.
