We are so excited that you are interested in applying for Antioch Discipleship School in NWA! The Discipleship School exists to make disciples of Jesus who transform towns and nations. The school does this by helping individuals develop practical life skills, pursue personal wholeness, grow healthy relationships, understand the character of God, carry a Biblical worldview, and have a Great Commission mindset. Every year students have been radically transformed as they have met with God and discovered and applied His purposes for their lives. We know you can have the same powerful experience!
By honestly and completely filling out this application, you are helping us identify strengths and weaknesses in your life that we will work to develop for the glory of God. All information given in this application is confidential and will only be read by the Discipleship School staff directly involved in the interview process. In regards to the Confidential Morals Questionnaire, male staff will review male applicants and female staff will review female applicants. Instructions: **Please answer all questions completely.**
This application may take you up to a couple of hours to complete. You can work on it in pieces but unfortunately cannot save the progress as you go so we recommend saving your longer answers on a separate document in case something happens that causes your progress to be lost.
**Three references are required for you application to Antioch Discipleship School to be considered "Complete." You are responsible for contacting your references and sending them a link to the reference form. Please find at least one peer and one spiritual covering as your reference. The third can be whoever you want!

After your application and all references have been received, you will be contacted regarding interview times. Interviews usually last 30 minutes.
